OpenDNS Filter Function in CCProxy

First of all, OpenDNS filter function has been added since V6.64.

We can enable OpenDNS on the "Web Filter" interface as bellow

Web Filter

Input the OpenDNS address behind "Advanced DNS Filter", multiple addresses should be divided by semicolon, fox example: "208.67.222.222;208.67.220.220".
After saving the web filter we can enable OpenDNS function by enabling this web filter for different accounts.
