Suppose the IP of CCProxy server is 192.168.1.254, you want to telnet 66.94.237.139 25, here's how to do -
1. Windows Start -> Run -> type "cmd" -> press "Enter" key.

2. Type "telnet 192.168.1.254" -> press "Enter" key.
