Using telegram through proxy server

Telegram has an option that allows you to enter proxy settings in it.

The above link shows how you can set the proxy settings.

When enter the proxy server IP, enter the CCProxy server IP address and the corresponding port.

Once done, telegram will work through CCProxy.



Alternative method - server side

1. Refer our wiki for web filter and create a web filter named "telegram".

2. on the "Site FIlter" input box enter the following

http://91.108.*.*;http://149.154.*.*;149.154.*.*:*;91.108.*.*:*;*.web.telegram.org:443;telegram.me:443;t.me:443;*.telegram.org:443;

3. Click "OK" to save the filter rules.

4. Now, go to the Account manager and then set the new webfilter to the user accounts.

5. The users will now, not be able to access telegram services.
