In fact, it's a misunderstanding of CCProxy.You can create an exceptive rule for CCProxy when configuring your security software to prevent this misunderstanding.
And if you cannot make exclusion for CCProxy.exe, please make exclusion for folder "CCProxy":
Please create a folder named "CCProxy" and then make a exclusion for this folder before installing CCProxy into this existing folder and it does resolve this problem.
