How to use Internet Explorer to upload/download files to ftp site?

Suppose proxy address is 192.168.0.1.
1. In CCProxy, Check "DNS" in "Options" and check "Enable SOCKS4" option in "Options"->"Advanced" -> "Misce".
2. At clients, Open TCP/IP property in network property and set dns and gateway to 192.168.0.1.
3. Open IE at clents, click "Internet Options" -> "Connections" -> "Lan Settings" -> Leave blank in FTP field, fill "192.168.0.1" in SOCKS and 1080 in port.
